Norway Tourism is an incredible experience among the amazing Fjords. Norway or Norge in Norwegian, officially the Kingdom of Norway is a constitutional monarchy located in the western portion of the Scandinavian Peninsula.Oslo is the Capital of Norway.

North Cape

This is the top attraction in Norway visited by thousands of tourists every year, especially during the summer months. It offers breathtaking views, dramatic cliffs and the fact that you are visiting Europe’s northern end. This area is also called Finnmark.



Bryggen Wharf in Bergen

This is a favorite in Bergen on southwestern Norway. The more than 60 buildings have been designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and one of the top sights in Norway.

Lillehammer

Remember this town from the 1994 Winter Olympics. This town is a jewel in Norway. There are many outdoor activities and relaxation close to Lake Mjøsa.

The Geirangerfjord in Norway

We have visited with one of the Fjord Cruises and may attest to the unsurpassed beauty of its cliffs.

It is located halfway between Trondheim in the north and Bergen in the South. For many tourists Fjords is synonymous with Norway.

If you are there on your own and not on a short cruise stop, you may enjoy activities like fishing, hiking and boating.

Changing of the Royal Guard in Oslo

No matter what the weather is it takes place every single day in Olslo the Capital of Norway.

Just walk towards the Royal Palace and witness for free the Royal event at 1:30 pm and 2:10 pm.

In the summer this ceremony is accompanied by mounted police and a Norwegian Military Band through the streets of the Capital of Norway.

The best things are free. There are many venues where to ski and ice skating in Oslo. Now is the time to join the crowd together with the kids.

The Snow Hotel in Kirkenes

Starting in mid December the hotel offers snow-suites. Its more than twenty guest rooms come with sleeping bags, mattresses and lots of art made of snow and ice.

The Holmenkollen Ski Jump

This amazing ski jump, doesn’t fail to attract visitors and skiers wannabes. It hosts many ski competitions. This site is a top visitor sight.

Vigeland Park in Oslo

We were impressed by the sculptures of this park. It is one of the top attractions in Oslo and one of the most beautiful parks in Norway.

It contains the life work of Gustav Vigeland, a famous Norwegian sculptor. The park has a visitors center and a souvenir shop.

The Town of Trondheim Norway

This northern town in Norway, founded in the year 997 AD, has many historic buildings and monuments.

You may walk the whole town by starting in the center of town. It is also home to the Trondheim Torg, a soaring granite column which is the world’s largest sundial.
